Dear Jan
On behalf of the Master of Education students undertaking their studies in Special Education, and myself,
I am writing to thank you for the significant contribution you have made to their understanding of spelling
and a clear insight into the benefits your program, including the CHIMP strategy.
Your two-hour presentation was excellent. A number of students spoke to me after and highlighted
the importance of your experience and personal interest in learning difficulties. Your contribution of time
and expertise made quite an impression on these well-experienced teachers.
A number of them indicated they would pursue these types of programs further. My sincere thanks
Dr Daryl Greaves Senior Lecturer,. Education Faculty, University of Melbourne
Dear Jan
Just a note to say many, thanks for such a wonderful presentation at the conference.
I really enjoyed listening to you and learning so much. I am new to education and currently in
training to work with a number of students with additional, diverse needs.
Your workshop was tremendously invaluable to me in understanding what I can do with
these students, in particular to get them started on an activity and keep them stimulated
Thank you. I look forward to researching your materials and resources
